Snapio is an Eco-Friendly Printing Company
Printing is not an environmentally benign service. There is the concern of deforestation,
products that are non-recyclable, tons of waste paper, chemicals and poor working
conditions for press operators.
So in a continuous effort to be printing green, Snapio and its parent commercial printing
company have taken many steps to be eco-friendly. Being green is not just
a fad to us. Being a green printer is the right thing to do.
- We are FSC Certified
- Ensures forestry is practiced in an environmentally responsible, socially beneficial
and economically viable way
- Only utilizing paper from properly managed renewable
forests
- We recycle
- 320 tons of paper waste was recycled in 2009
- All of our aluminum plates are recycled
- We use environmentally friendly inks on all projects
- We make use of Computer to Plate (CTP) technology
- Reduces the use of harmful film in our Pre-Press department
